Don't Sublet The Good Bits!

Mr M had purchased an old supermarket/shopping complex to house his business. He had gutted the building with the intention to do a completely new layout.

But he had a concern nagging away at him because the building/shopping complex had a long history of continual bankruptcy in the thirty years it had been built. He intended to sublet a large portion of the complex to another company and it was about this time that he called me in.

After examining the horoscope of the building I advised him against subletting the part that he had intended to (which were all the good bits!) and presented a whole new way of using the building for both his needs as well as the business he was going to sublet to (bringing a good balance of fortune to both).

Mr M implemented my suggestions, which were built 'from the ground up' and his business is now thriving.

He reports that whenever he visits the building all of his staff makes comments about the energy of the building - even the customers say 'Oh isn't it nice in here'.

From day one, this business has been successful to the extent that the customers have to wait in queue to pay for the product. It is still this way some 7 years later.

And the other business has also done well.
