Disharmony Dissolved...Now They Are More Prosperous Than Before

I was called into to look at the relocation of a large company that had experiencing difficulties with mounting disharmony from their workers. They were about to move the main administrative headquarters to a larger site and I was consulted to ensure that the move would not create more disharmony within the company.

The already chosen building was ten stories high and had been built for nine years but in all this time, had never managed to lease out more than 75% of two floor levels of office space.

My first investigations revealed that this building had some serious problems. On my initial examination, I discovered the building had extremely difficult aspects relating to its 'prosperity stars'. Also, it had adverse interior design features in the entrance foyer. I reported this back to my client who was only too pleased to do whatever it took to fix the situation.

I quickly set about the rest of my calculations and recommended making some slight changes to the internal layout. This would make adjustments to the overall problems of the building. I also recommended some very obscure 'cures' which could be placed out of sight.

My suggestions were carried out to the letter and within six months, that building was 90% occupied and it remained this way until recently (I had also predicted people would begin moving out of the building around 2001 onwards and they did!). Over time and the application of Feng Shui the original problems of disharmony between employees is long gone and the company continues to grow.
