The Lucky Office
Mr G contacted me after buying an office property in inner Sydney. He was concerned because of the fact that his entire office fell into the centre of the building and was 'land locked'. In just a few short months of being there he had begun to develop health problems and his business was experiencing a serious decline (after having done very well in the past).
Mr G sought some help for his health problems from a Chinese acupuncture clinic in Sydney's Chinatown and his acupuncturist gave him my business card with the suggestion that he fix the Feng Shui of his building to improve his health.
After my first examination of the building I discovered a number of 'misaligned sources' to be his problem. I knew that it would take some pretty weird 'cures' to fix his problems, but the advantage was that these could be easily concealed. Mr G could not believe the cures I was suggesting, however he trusted me and we proceeded with the consultation.
We added a fish tank to his front reception area, some plants here and there, completely changed the internal colours within the office area and re-arranged most of his furniture. The difference was remarkable. For the first time the energy was flowing within his offices. Within the week, Mr G's energy had changed completely and he became very vibrant and happy: 'I feel alive again' he reported. Also, in that first week he had landed three new contracts and could once more afford to employ staff. After a year and a half he noticed a 30% increase in his business profit and his office began to be known in the building as the 'lucky office'.
One day another businessman, hearing of Mr G's 'lucky office', approached him with an offer to lease it at double the asking price. Mr G happily rented out his office and took a smaller office in another office block. Within the first two weeks Mr G noticed the difference, not being in his 'lucky office'. He called me in to look at his new office to which I replied 'this office cannot be as lucky as your other office and some parts of it cannot be stimulated to be as lucky'. I made some recommendations to support him and help hold his fortune and prosperity to which he later replied had helped.
In the meantime, Mr G's 'lucky office' was not as lucky for the other business man and before long Mr G was able to return to his 'lucky office,' where he is still situated to this day, and still lucky.
