The Buildings With Good Feng Shui Were Already Taken...!!

Mr E had some prior experience with Feng Shui when he rented premises that had been Feng Shui'd by the Asian owner of the building. In the first two years of renting these premises, he had increased the business's turn over, from a two million dollar turnover per year, to a sixteen million dollar turnover per year. In fact, he had expanded his business so much that he needed to relocate to a bigger office, so, thinking nothing of it, he found a new building to move into and moved out of his good Feng Shui building.

Within a few short months he noticed the dramatic difference. His company turn over had reduced significantly!! Mr E began to look for an Asian Feng Shui consultant. He came across Feng Shui consultant X who made suggestions for 'cures' including moving Mr E into a particular office which Mr E did. Within the next few weeks Mr E implemented the other 'cures' consultant X had suggested, which he followed to the letter but to no avail. A year later he had not noticed any improvements to his business. Mr E's lease was coming up for renewal and it was at that time that he came across my card.

When I visited Mr E's building, my instructions were to assess the building and give him a report. I discovered that the building was not very good for prosperity and that Mr E was in fact sitting in the worst spot of the building according to the Flying Star method of Feng Shui! Mr E decided to move so we set about finding a building for him in the CBD of Sydney. For almost 8 months we searched off and on for a good Feng Shui building because Mr E wanted a building that had - excellent Feng Shui!!

The common phenomena we found along the way, was: in the buildings where there were good Feng Shui influences, all the good parts of those buildings were already rented (and were being rented at a fast rate!) by businesses that were doing well. The bad Feng Shui parts of the same buildings were occupied by people who were not doing as well! The buildings with really bad Feng Shui were hardly occupied at all.

Finally, we found a good Feng Shui building for Mr E to relocate to. His consultation was a complete 'ground up' fit out to suit his personal Chinese horoscope. The energy in the building is incredible (his clients commented about it constantly) and his business is growing again steadily. These days, Mr E only works three days a week and his finances have improved considerably. At the time of writing these stories Mr E's turnover had risen by 40% (in only 12 months). Within the first two weeks of being in his new building he received a cheque from a client for $250,000. Mr E was so pleased because it was from a client who never pays him on time , and apparently his client had paid him before the due date!

Mr E comments: I don't know what it is...when you look at our office set-up you would think that I, the Managing Director, have the humble office. All my other executive employees have the fantastic views from their offices....the view that I have is good but it is not like theirs...BUT, my office has such an amazing feel to it - I cannot describe it and I feel so good working there - I'm really happy.
