Beware... The Employee Was Set Up More Powerfully Than The Employer!

Mrs H.A. called me in to look at her business. She liked the idea of Feng Shui and wanted advice regarding whether she should move or stay in the building she was in. When I arrived at the consultation, one of the first things I noticed was how all her employees were bossing her around. I made a comment about it to her at the time but she did not offer any reply. She asked me to have a look at a few buildings for her and I said that I would compile my findings and report back to her with my recommendations.

When investigating the dynamics of her existing building I discovered that there were a number of employees that were placed in more powerful positions than her. In particular, there was one employee with a very strong personality.

When I commented to Mrs H.A. about this employee, Mrs H.A. revealed that this employee had caused her a lot of problems with her clients. After reporting back my recommendations, I emphasised my finding about this employee being set up more powerfully than her. Mrs H.A. stated that she did not have the courage to move this employee into a lesser position. I left her to think about it saying that if she did decide to move buildings, I would change this situation so that she could have her power back as the employer.

Some weeks later Mrs H.A. called me back and said she had decided to move into the building I had recommended. It was a total 'ground up fit out' which took several weeks to complete. In the new arrangement, I made sure Mrs H.A. was placed into a powerful position. Additionally, I had placed the employee with the strong personality into a position to accept direction from her employer - quietly suspecting that this employee would not be able to accept this change.

Within the first few weeks of moving to the new building, this employee began creating a lot of problems, disturbing other staff members and the business. Mrs H.A. rang me for advice. I replied that this employee had been taken out of her powerful position and was reacting at an unconscious level, I also indicated that in my opinion it could initially get worse and that she would not stay.*

Mrs H.A's battles continued at work and during this time I kept in touch with her offering moral support. Mrs H.A. reported that she noticed a great difference in her new office, she was extremely pleased with the layout and she was becoming more confident in the running of her business.

When I visited her one day I could clearly sense in her energy that she was taking back her power - her personal energy was transforming significantly.

After three months the dominant employee had resigned and Mrs H.A. experienced big improvements in her business. All of her employees are happier (as they had been dominated by this employee as well) and her clients are extremely happy that this employee is not working there any more. As a result they have given her more business.

Also since Mrs H.A'.s Feng Shui was first done a new sideline of the business has now expanded and is coming into fruition for the first time after years of working towards it.

Notes: * Mrs H.A's experience is a common finding in Flying Star Feng Shui methods, when an employee is set up more powerfully than the employer.

In Feng Shui, the horoscope for a building is like an X-ray into what type of influences can prevail there (even before it's built!). Just as a doctor might use an X-ray to detect a cancer that the human eye cannot see, the Flying Star horoscope detects what type of influences are most likely to occur in the building. For employers like Mrs H.A., it is often a common phenomenon for dominant employees to leave a company when they are removed from their position of power. I have experienced this type of situations many times now and it is very predictable.

In all past experiences when I have encountered and corrected this, the employee has resigned after the employer has been positioned correctly. This has then enabled the employer to attract new employees who want to work and can fit in well with the energy of the company and the employer.
