It Was A Bankruptcy Waiting To Happen
Hidden beneath the beautiful aesthetics was a bankruptcy just waiting to happen.
Mr S is a prominent property developer in Sydney who had bought a seven million dollar property in the elite part of Sydney's inner eastern suburbs. This property had a very beautiful house on it and aesthetically it was perfect, however, the last nine owners of it had all gone bankrupt.
When Mr S contacted me, he too was in financial difficulties and on the verge of losing a number of his property developments (he literally had two weeks until everything folded - if something didn't change!!!).
After examining the horoscope of the house I said to Mr S You are in good luck in your Chinese astrology, but your house is not in a good time period, and won't be for another 30 yrs - you can do better than this house...
Mr S was very angry at the time upon hearing my findings but I told him I could definitely help him to retain his money but he had to follow my suggestions accurately, and to the letter. This he did and I did not hear from him for another 18 months.
Then he contacted me again and asked me to consult in relation to the building of his 'new' house. When I asked him what had happened to his "old" seven million dollar house, he reported very proudly that he had sold that house for a record profit of 15 million dollars and was now designing his 'new' house.
His final words were I don't know if I can attribute it to the Feng Shui but when I first called you in my business was in a very bad way. I was about to lose everything. From the time that I met you and installed the cures my bad luck changed completely - within two weeks. So I've decided that a little Feng Shui can't hurt - can it.
The follow up
One day much later, I was having lunch with a friend of mine who is a tradesman. During lunch his beeper went off and he called his boss to find out which job he had to attend. To my amazement he repeated the old address of Mr S.
When I questioned my friend about the house he said yeah, this guy bought the house for a lot of money...he has been having a lot of problems with it!
Needless to say, I made an attempt to contact the owner...
