Our aim is to get you the fastest and safest shipping - so that you can get your goods quickly and easily. Having said that... its not always "perfect" with the shipping posting options we have available. Please find our FAQ's on shipping below.
If you have shopped with us previously you'll notice we no longer have a shipping option where you can choose your own couriers in the shopping cart checkout. Having said that, if this is your preferred option, you need to contact our office by phone or email as soon as you've made your purchase to advise us and make a time for that courier to come and collect. All our shipping amounts are calculated by minimum cost and weight.
Q. How do you send out your Feng Shui Products?
A. All our Feng Shui items are delivered by Australia Post and international orders are shipped via Airmail. On goods over $100.00 we recommend getting postage insurance as we cannot take responsibility for lost goods.
Q. How Long before the products are dispatched?
A. Usually we send out our Feng Shui items the same day or next business day where possible and occassionally it can be between 2- 5 business days when we need to order the stock in. If we are waiting on stock that will take more than 5 days for us to receive we will advise you via email.
Q. Delivery: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. For Australia-wide deliveries: usually between 5 - 7 days from the time you placed the order.
For International destinations: around 7 - 10 days. If our items are out of stock - we will post this on the website.
If we are unable to dispatch goods within two working days we will notify you.
Q. How do you calculate the Shipping?
A. All of our Shipping is weight based however we do have a minimum cost associated with any purchase that requires shipping. This is to cover our costs such as the cost of packaging, handling and cubic weight charges.
What is Cubic Weight?
At times shipping costs can be altered by the post office and charged at "cubic weight". Cubic weight is when the post office calculates an "estimated weight" according to the size of the package (so the actual box may weight much less but the post office sees it as a cubic measurement taking up space - rather than an actual weight measurement and the charges are made accordingly by the post office).
We do try to keep our boxes and all our packaging down to the minimum but sometimes this is not possible when there are a large amount of items that just simply "have to fit in a box" or items need to be boxed in order to post safely. Unfortunately we are unable able to offer "real time" shipping so our minimum cost + weight applies in all shipping transactions.
With certain products we have weighed them in their packaging because they need to be packed securely to avoid any damage. When a product has come from a manufacturer in a box, we also weight the item in the box because the item needs to be boxed to remain secure through shipping.
The shopping cart itself tallies the weight of all products. There is a drop down menu for you to select your country of shipping. If you have not selected the correct shipping for your country - your order will be held back until we process the correct shipping costs. Please put your correct contact details into the shopping cart at the time of purchase so that we can contact you if we need to prior to sending out your items or fulfilling your order.
If we do not have your correct details and we are unable to contact you - we will deem your order "undeliverable" within 14 days and we will automatically refund your order minus our 15% handling/re-stocking charge (see our refund policy).
