If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any of the remedy products you can return it to us in an unused, undamaged condition - suitable for re-sale and we will refund your money - no questions asked (conditions apply ±).
Our Refund/Exchange Practice
We offer a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee (from the date of purchase) on any Feng Shui Remedy sold by us. This means you may return the item if it is unused "no questions asked" for:
a) a refund
b) an exchange ie exchange the item for another product/item
c) get a credit note for the item(s)
d) get a gift voucher (for a friend).
± (1) You Must Contact us immediately to advise us of your intention to return an object. (2) Irrespective of whether the item(s) are being Refunded, Exchanged, Credit Note or Gift Voucher issued, the items must be returned in the original packaging, in an unused, undamaged condition suitable for re-sale (to be eligible for the refund/exchange/credit note/gift voucher).
± Please note: we do not accept returns after 7 Days or on Used Items.
± Please note: we cannot issue refunds until the items have been received by our office. All refunds, exchanges, credit notes or gift vouchers will be processed after reciept of item. After arranging as per your request we will notify you by email.
± We recommend good packaging practices when sending back items. We do not accept damaged items. We cannot refund on items we do not receive therefore we recommend certified or registered mail to ensure we get it.
± The cost of any items being sent back (including "change of mind" postage) must be borne by the customer. In all instances of "Change of Mind", new postal charges will be incurred for exchanges/gift certificates/credit vouchers and we reserve the right to charge a 15% handling and re-stocking fee.
Cancellation of the Order including "Change of Mind"
At Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd we do understand that sometimes the product looks different once it arrives and it may not be what you would like it to be. For this reason we are happy to accept your cancellation of order for any reason including "Change of Mind" within 7 days of purchase - no questions asked! However, we do have conditions: ±

If you change your mind or cancel the order before shipping you will receive a full refund, minus a 15% re-stocking charge.
If you cancel the order after the product has already been shipped you must return the product to us within 7 days of purchase in an unused, undamaged, sellable condition. In these instances we will issue you with a full refund minus the original shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. In all instances of cancellation and "change of mind," it is up to the purchaser to bear the cost of shipping and our re-stocking charges.
Damaged Stock
Even though we check all items for quality prior to shipping, sometimes accidents do happen. If your product is damaged in shipping:
1. you need to photograph the item and/or email us immediately to let us know
2. return it to us within 14 days (of receiving it in the damaged condition).

Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund on damaged goods BUT we will replace the item with the same item, an exchanged item (to the same value) or repair the item as soon as possible. In instances where the stock is no longer available we will issue you with a 12 month credit note (to the same amount).
If you do receive a damaged product we will bear the cost of extra shipping. Kindly contact us ASAP so that we can make arrangements for you to receive another product.
Currency
All Prices Listed on our website are in Australian Dollars. For Australian residents there is the additional charges of GST. For overseas clients there are no GST or other tax charges. Our written prices reflect the cost of the item before Australian tax (so as not to confuse our overseas customers - who would have no idea about our Australian Tax rates!!).
Security and Privacy
We aim to provide all of our customers with a safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure its safe transfer to us.
We respect your privacy and personal information, and will not share it with anyone else. We may use your email address to send our email newsletters, feng shui tips and other announcements regarding promotions, new products and special features.
