Terms and Conditions

Payment policy

Bookings can only be reserved by making a full or part payment. Full payment is required before the early bird expiry in order to take advantage of the early bird discount.

Reserving your Booking

Bookings can be reserved by:

Downloading the PDF Registration form and manually processing your full or part payment. Click here to download the Registration form

Credit Card Payments via Fax or Post

To manually process your registration you need to download the PDF registration form, fill it out and fax details to 02 9362 9089. Alternatively you can post it to PO Box 886, Double Bay NSW 1360.

Cheque or Money Order Payments via Post only

All Cheques or Money Orders need to be posted to PO Box 886, Double Bay NSW 1360 along with payment.

Important things to know:

  • Bookings cannot be 'held' by expression of interest only. Payment is required to secure your position in the seminar.
  • If faxing your registration form it needs to have: credit card details for the full or partial amount.
  • For partial payments, the balance of payment is due prior to the early bird expiry date (or prior to seminar attendance if joining the seminar after the early bird date).
  • Payments made after the early bird expiry date revert back to full payment of fees if the early bird expiry date payment is missed.
  • All group bookings require a manual booking via phone registration to begin with. We will issue you with different PDF registration form to suit your needs.
  • All bookings require a registration form which can easily be downloaded (except in the case of group bookings). We require a signature for all credit card bookings therefore we do not really handle credit card bookings solely over the phone.
  • All cheques and money orders need to be made out to Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd and posted to PO Box 886, Double Bay NSW 1360.

Invoices

Those wishing to claim the cost of the seminar on their taxation need to provide their business name two weeks prior to the seminar. If requested inside the two week time period (before the seminar) Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd administration will issue invoice at their discretion and ability to time-wise. If time does not permit, Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd will issue invoices after the seminar. Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for late invoices.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing (to PO Box 886 Double Bay NSW 1360) or by fax (02 9362 9089). We do not accept requests for refund by email. No requests for refund or cancellation will be accepted without written submissions.
  • A refund cheque, minus a $50 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellation requests made up to three weeks before the date of the seminar. Bookings which were made via credit card may attract an additional $4% charge to cover credit card processing fees.
  • In the case of credit card bookings, refund cheques to a third party other than the card holder will not be issued.
  • No refunds will be issued after the early bird expiry date or after the three weeks prior to the seminar commencement date other than in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organiser.
  • Refunds are not issued for "no shows".
  • Fully pre-paid bookings are transferable to a future seminar provided three weeks notice in writing is given by mail or fax only. Please note: we only accept two transfers to future seminars. Transfers can only be issued across the same seminar cost. All transfers are subject to an availability of space within the seminar.

Changes to seminar bookings after you have registered
Substitute delegates are welcome in this program. We request all substitute delegations be made by emailing ( admin@fengshui.com.au ) or faxing us on 02 9362 9089 ASAP.

Casual changes to your booking (ie dietary, etc) must be made two weeks in advance - otherwise no guarantees can be made that your requests will be met.

Limitation of Liability:

Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for any accidents, injury or loss suffered while attending the seminar events unless it is directly due to negligence on its part.

Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel any event or event times and dates. This includes changes of content and program. In the unlikely occurrence of an event cancellation, Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd will return any payments received in advance. Feng Shui Dragon Enterprises Pty Ltd will not, however refund any costs incurred as a result of this cancellation.

Privacy

We do not sell or disclose our databases or delegate details to any third party. All personal details are kept private and are used for administration purposes only.
