If a building has "leaking energy" it doesn't matter how good the prosperity energy is-there will be more problems than its worth. It's always easier to cater for this in the designing project than adding the solution at the later date (without the correct Feng Shui remedy in place for these problems there is usually serious pennilessness!). Solution: never underestimate the seriousness of the energy leaks-fix them fast!!!

Every building has the potential for negative energies. If you only stimulate the positive but do not "fix" the negative then, yes, you will get more money...BUT...you will also get more problems as well. Why? Because you did not reduce and fix the negative energies. So when the prosperity begins to increase, so will the problems. Solution: don't be like a horse with blinkers (seeing only the money) - be sensible and fix any problems as well. This is what it means to increase your "well being" with Feng Shui.

All astrological energy whether it's a person horoscope or a building horoscope - it has transits. This means, the year you built it-it might be fine but in two years time there are problems. When the Chinese use Feng Shui, they always make sure they stay ahead of this and they have a mini consultation to look into these influences each year before the Chinese New Year starts (approximately December/January) Solution: some building alignments can have difficulties and they need to have minor remedy adjustments each year or from time to time.

Sometimes it's the simple things that count the most. Moving a rug 3 inches one way and a piece of furniture 5 inches the other can do wonders for re-aligning all the energies in a room. In this way we can stay simple!
