If you've finally found that house you think you could live in then why not have it assessed to find out what type of Feng Shui it will attract to you (before you sign the papers!). You never know... this could be one of the best investments you'll ever make.
Some houses don't have good Feng Shui and to fix them can cost a lot of money. Sometimes it's not what you can see that's the problem... it's what you can't see... and having a Feng Shui Analysis before you buy it (or rent it long-term) is extremely valuable.
Essentially, when we are talking about the "Before You Buy or Rent" Feng Shui Consultation, there are really two types of Pre-purchase consultation.
The first is when you've found a home you like and you want to have it assessed and the consultant is in the position to say "Yes" or "No" - according to the Flying Stars Feng Shui.
The second is when the house you like could be good if it had renovation so the emphasis of the consultation changes and moves into what you need to know in order to go ahead and buy it. Because the Feng Shui Consultant cant give a "Yes" or "No" answer more discussion is needed so that you can consider the Feng Shui in its entirety.
Before You Buy or Rent - Type 1 Consultation
This consultation is not about where you put your bed or what you can do to activate your money star and the rest of the Feng Shui... What it is about is determining what type of Feng Shui you actually have to begin with and whether it's going to be good for you to live here. Questions to ask your consultant are:
Q: Can this building attract money, love, romance and good relationships?
Q: Will this building be a Healthy Building?
Q: Does this house attract good luck and opportunities or is it a bad luck house?
Before You Buy or Rent - Type 2 Consultation
With this second type of Feng Shui Assessment the emphasis is on what the consultant has discovered about the Feng Shui of the building - which is important to discuss before you consider buying it.
For instance:
- Maybe the building has a prosperity energy that could expand really well if it was renovated?
- Maybe the building has really bad Feng Shui in an important area but... if that area was renovated "a, b, c," way the renovation would completely alter the bad Feng Shui.
- Maybe the building has a dynamic within the Flying Stars Chart where it would affect one of the children if they occupied "a, b, c" room therefore you should only take the building if your going to do "x, y, z"
- The Feng Shui Consultant might have discovered why the last three owners got sick and went bankrupt but this could be changed if you do "x, y, z..."
The second type of Feng Shui Assessment is a more in depth Feng Shui Consultation and it ordinarily involves some type of renovation discussion (in order to have good Feng Shui).
Again, this Feng Shui Consultation doesn't go into the depths of where your bed should be because the focus is on how the house can be transformed from bad Feng shui (in its current condition) to become a home with good Feng Shui.
After you have decided what you want to do (ie buy it or leave it)... then we can work out where your bed can go...
Note: this Consultation easily extends into a Home Feng Shui Consultation if you decide you want to go ahead and buy because half the Feng Shui Analysis is already done.
